Standard UK delivery is included in the price. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge added at checkout.
When
Dispatched from stock.
Orders are picked and dispatched on working days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us, and the courier will give you the delivery window.
Sending it back.
The trial
Sixty nights.
Fit it and shower with it for two months. If your water does not feel softer, tell us and we refund the head in full — used, wet and fitted is fine. That is the point of the trial.
The guarantee
Two years on the head.
If the showerhead itself fails in normal use within two years, we replace it. The cartridge is a consumable and is not covered — it is designed to be used up and swapped out.
